A practical guide to sustainable cooking


Sustainability and food have always been a passion of mine. So, as I started my journey towards becoming a better cook, I wanted to practice mindfulness and sustainability in my eating habits by selecting foods that are sourced sustainably (organic & local produce), creating delicious and nutritious meals that are mostly plant-based, and experimenting with flavor combinations to create an experience rather than just a means to an end. My goal is to share my discoveries and recipes so that you can learn more about what it means to cook and eat sustainably and be inspired to experiment with and cook more plant-based meals. Enjoy!
